You are either a wealthy or poor teenager in ancient Rome. Using information collected during the daily life station activity as well as the readings assigned for homework, you will write a journal entry about your life. Make sure to include the following in your journal entry, which should be at least two meaningful paragraphs:

Paragraph One
  1. What are your overall feelings about life in your social class?
  2. Choose at least FOUR of the following aspects to illustrate what your life is like (food, recreation, housing, education, religion, law and order, health care, trade and travel, etc.).
Paragraph Two
  1. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages about living as a member of your social class.
  2. What might be the positives and negatives about living as a member of the other social class?
  3. What suggestions do you have for the Roman government to improve your life?

The assignment must be submitted by Wednesday March 24th to earn up to ten points of extra credit in Western Cultures. Please come see me with any questions you may have. Good luck and have fun!
